About Career Development Center (CDC)

Career Development Center (CDC) of Daffodil International University (DIU) plays the anchor role of helping FRESHERS land the right job within the quickest possible time. After completing their graduation, students intend to turn and move on for their career to the corporate world as a service holders or becomes entrepreneurs to lead the nation towards a proper and prosperous direction. Our graduates are the ultimate potential leaders of future and CDC is there to accelerate their aspirations and excel their potentiality.

CDC is committed to assist the youngsters to make them fit for the corporate world according to their desired career goal. CDC is working to find the area of improvements of our pupils and offers necessary training, mentoring and career grooming sessions to empower them with required skills. Finally, CDC prepares and trains students of all disciplines for the World of Work. 

At CDC, we help the students -

• discover themselves – to identify the right career path and plan for success in the long run – personally and professionally 

• develop the basic professional skills so that they may transform the skills  to competencies and hence perform better – based on Leadership Development Stages:  Managing Self & Managing Others 

• grow better attitude – build on better confidence in what they do  and  say – how to present themselves better to win the hearts of others
